Alex Atchison 

Alex is the second of two “Alex As” in our office. Alex represents clients in both Real Estate Litigation and Transactions. Alex enjoys getting to know his clients, understanding the facts of their case and efficiently working to ease their concerns and reach their desired results.

Alex got his start out of Law School working for an established firm in Lawrence, Kansas in general practice, gaining a broad variety of exposure to, and experience in, many different areas of law including civil litigation, estate planning, elder law, landlord and tenant law, criminal defense and family law. During this time Alex served on the Douglas County Felony and Misdemeanor Appointment panel for Indigent Defendants, requiring frequent courtroom appearances and allowing Alex to sharpen his advocacy skills.

Alex earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, obtaining a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business. Alex further received his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. During Law School, Alex served as the Secretary of the Business and Tax Law Society, as the Treasurer of the Sports Law Club and participated in Student Senate When Alex is not in the office or in court he enjoys traveling, visiting new cities and countries, hiking in our many National Parks, or cheering on his Kansas Jayhawks.

Alex is admitted to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri.
