Christine L. Schlomann has more than 20 years’ experience practicing law and providing the highest quality of legal counseling and representation to clients in commercial transactions and litigation with emphasis on finance and real property rights and interests. Her primary focus areas have been in real estate transactions and representing both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions. She has successfully tried both jury and non-jury cases representing lenders, borrowers, businesses and individuals in matters including breach of contract claims, creditor’s rights, disputes between landowners, lender liability claims, title insurance claims, professional malpractice, and officer and director liability issues. She also has considerable experience representing both borrowers and lenders regarding debt restructuring and loan workout arrangements.
