Litigation Attorney
Hunter Law Group, P.A. is a local relationship-driven real estate law firm with a strong civil litigation practice. We represent developers, individuals, businesses, municipalities, and utilities in complex, often high-stakes matters where strategy, responsiveness, and judgment matter. We are seeking an inquisitive, self-starting litigation attorney who enjoys digging into facts, shaping strategy, and building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

OUR GOAL FOR YOU
• Manage diverse litigation cases from intake through resolution
• Own deadlines, strategy, and case progression
• Analyze title work and factual records to inform litigation strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
• Prepare for and conduct depositions and trials
• Appear in court as needed
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients
• Prepare correspondence with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
• Assist with real estate transactions as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Kansas and Missouri bar licenses required
• Ideally at least 5 years of private practice experience but seasoned litigators are encouraged to apply
• Trial experience
• No book of business required
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $100,000–$160,000 salary range
